Being an organized person by nature, I wanted to keep my bedroom free from stray clothes, messy laundry bag, ironing board, press etc. – the usual suspects of a messy bedroom. So I was thinking a combination of console table with storage for laundry bag and a wall mounted ironing board. So searched a lot for a product combining these + other relevant features, BUT no luck. So I got it fabricated with the help of a carpenter. Using it for last 6 months and it a absolutely works like a dream.

The Product

A console table w/ soft top for ironing clothes and storage inside. Made of termite-water-bend resistant WPC. Lined with birch wood laminated sheet for aesthetics. The top is lined with foam & thick fabric resistant to heat and dirt (couch fabric). Unique features include: Soft top, Recess for large garments on the rear, clean-modern-aesthetics, inbuilt socket for plugging press, space for keeping press, standard laundry bag, ironed clothes and provision for extra shelf.

How to use

The usage of the Press table is pretty straightforward. Plug the press into provided socket and leave it plugged permanently. To press clothes, open the front door of the storage > take out the press > Switch on the socket > Press as usual – The recess provided in the rear allows large garments to drop behind even when the table is against the wall.
